Bexio<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swiss Web Studio uses <strong>bexio<\/strong> for administrative and management tasks such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>customer management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>business contacts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quotes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>invoices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accounting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data required for these activities can therefore be processed via the bexio systems in accordance with the relevant terms of service and data protection.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Artificial intelligence<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swiss Web Studio may use artificial intelligence services, including solutions provided by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OpenAI;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anthropic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other professional providers selected according to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These tools can be used to support development, analysis, copywriting, graphics, automations and other professional activities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swiss Web Studio seeks to apply a principle of minimisation and to avoid the entry of personal data, confidential information or unnecessary data into external AI systems.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the processing of personal data by an IV service is necessary for the execution of a project, the relevant data protection conditions and the role of the parties are assessed.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23.
