It was therefore not necessary to replace it due to technical or graphic problems. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What had changed was the entrepreneurial project.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex had developed a greater vision: to create a reality capable of following the car not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also in maintenance, mechanics, technical preparation, performance and the search for the next vehicle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From this evolution Graf Automotive was born.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not just a new name, but a complete automotive center built around three precise values:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Precision. Identity. Performance.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our task was to transform this vision into a clear, authoritative and recognizable digital presence.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first objective: to correctly communicate the new positioning<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main challenge was not simply to design a visually beautiful site.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was to make it immediately clear that Graf Automotive is not just a garage, a detailing center or a reality dedicated to sports modifications.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new brand brings together several skills under a single identity:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maintenance and mechanics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation for testing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tire change;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>custom and performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tailor-made car projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>professional washing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal and external detailing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nanotechnological protections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPF protective films;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete aesthetic care;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repair of hail damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sale, rental and search of vehicles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valuation and collection of the customer&#8217;s car.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hence the central positioning of the project:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graf Automotive follows each car from maintenance to complete transformation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This phrase was not used as a simple slogan. He led the entire site architecture, page hierarchy, tone of texts, and how services were presented. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visitor must understand in a few seconds that he can entrust Graf Automotive with different phases of the life of his vehicle, maintaining a single interlocutor.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance Garage and Detailing Studio: two divisions, one brand<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avoid confusing navigation, we have organized the services into two main divisions.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance Garage<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Performance Garage section collects the technical and mechanical interventions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maintenance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation for testing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tire change;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>performance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tailor-made projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detailing Studio<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Detailing Studio section is dedicated to enhancement and aesthetic protection:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>professional washing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal and external detailing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coating and nanotechnology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPF films;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete aesthetic care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This distinction allows you to keep the user experience tidy without artificially dividing the company.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graf Automotive remains a single automotive center. Performance Garage and Detailing Studio represent its two specializations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The advantage is also commercial: a customer who enters for maintenance can discover the protection services, while those looking for a PPF treatment can understand that the company is also able to follow it from a technical point of view.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A design built on the identity of the logo<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Graf Automotive logo was developed from an external graphic designer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swiss Web Studio took the already defined visual elements and transformed them into a coherent digital system.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The colors of the logo guided the creation of the interface, sections, buttons, cards and main graphic elements.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design was developed with Elementor Pro following a precise direction:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dark backgrounds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sharp contrasts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modern typography;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high-impact automotive images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wide spacing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>controlled color accents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>light animations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>short texts in the most visual areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in-depth content on the dedicated pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal was not to fill every space.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A premium site must also know how to use emptiness, hierarchy and visual rhythm. Cars, the details of the processes and the results obtained must remain protagonists. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The homepage was therefore built as a progressive path.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It starts with the message:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don&#8217;t work on cars. We transform them. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immediately afterwards, the two divisions are presented, the positioning of the center, the working method, the reviews, the projects carried out, the people and the services related to the vehicles.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each section answers a specific question from the user:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who are you?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you do?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do you work?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can I trust it?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What results have you already achieved?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can I contact you?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WordPress and Elementor Pro for flexible management<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site was built with WordPress and Elementor Pro.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This combination made it possible to build a customized project, while maintaining simple and scalable management.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn&#8217;t use a standard layout that was quickly adapted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each section has been designed according to Graf Automotive&#8217;s positioning, the available content and the customer&#8217;s commercial objectives.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elementor Pro has been used to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>design pages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>build headers and footers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create consistent templates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create contact forms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manage responsive display;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop calls to action;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create sections dedicated to services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>connect dynamic content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintain a uniform style throughout the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The structure can also be expanded over time without having to rebuild the project from scratch.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New services, vehicles, projects and editorial content can be integrated while maintaining the same visual identity.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dynamic vehicle and project management<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most important aspects of the project is dynamic content management.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site was not developed as a simple static showcase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graf Automotive has dedicated tools to independently manage:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vehicles for sale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicles available for rent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicle condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>price;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mileage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>characteristics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>projects carried out;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the interventions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographs of the result;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>categories and types of processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content inserted from the backend is automatically displayed in the sections and templates provided.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reduces the risk of graphical errors and allows the customer to update the site without having to manually rebuild each page.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filters dedicated to vehicle consultation have also been developed, so as to more easily distinguish the proposals for sale from those available for rental.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reserved area offers separate access to the internal functions set up for project management.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This choice makes the site an operational tool, not just an image element.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An SEO strategy built before publishing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SEO wasn&#8217;t added at the end.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was considered from the early stages of the project.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before writing the texts, we analyzed the services, the reference territory and the way in which potential customers search online for automotive interventions in Ticino.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the main semantic areas identified:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ticino automotive center;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lugano garage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>car maintenance Lugano;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ticino car detailing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPF Ticino;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>car protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance Garage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>car repair from hail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sale and rental of vehicles in Ticino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The keyword research was then translated into an orderly structure.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each service has its own page, with clear search intent and original content.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following have been developed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>custom meta titles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meta description;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H1 headings and consistent subheadings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Readable URLs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SEO texts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal links;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contextual calls to action;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XML sitemap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structured data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge Graph;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Search Console configuration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>image optimization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local content dedicated to Lugano and Ticino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Images have been converted and optimized to modern formats, including AVIF and WebP, to reduce page weight while maintaining high visual quality.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EEAT content: show competence, not just declare it<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the automotive sector, trust is crucial.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is entrusting an important asset, often of high value. They also help to communicate transparency and robustness. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Local SEO and Google Business Profile<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graf Automotive operates in Lugano and is mainly aimed at customers in Ticino.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, the project also includes a local strategy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have worked on the consistency between:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operational direction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contacts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Business Profile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structured data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge Graph;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>service pages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geographical references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Knowledge Graph has been configured by correctly distinguishing the trade name Graf Automotive from the company name Car Detailing by Graf SAGL.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This helps search engines understand the identity of the organization and the connection between the brand, company, headquarters, and official website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google Search Console allows you to monitor indexing, queries, pages and possible technical problems after publication.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not present premature results or numbers without sufficient history.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site was built with a technical and content base designed to grow over time. Organic performance will be evaluated through real data, not promises. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the old site to the new brand: a smooth transition<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><code>cardetailingbygraf.ch<\/code>  remains online temporarily.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision does not depend on dissatisfaction with the old project. The site continues to represent the original specialization in detailing and has a useful history. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graf Automotive, on the other hand, must progressively build its organic presence as a broader brand.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategy therefore provides for a transition phase:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the old domain continues to preside over detailing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the new site develops content dedicated to the complete automotive center;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indexing and visibility are monitored;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at a later stage, targeted redirects to the most relevant pages will be prepared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An SEO migration must be managed carefully.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Redirecting everything without a precise structure can result in lost rankings, errors, or pages that are inconsistent with the original intent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, the final step will only be addressed through a correct mapping of the URLs.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A direct collaboration with Alex Graf<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was developed working directly with Alex Graf.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client participated in defining the services, shared the new vision of the business, and provided feedback during the construction of the first draft.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This comparison was essential.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An effective site is not born when the agency imposes a solution.
