Client: Panema · Beauty sector
Website: panema.it
Project: website redesign and communication of the Beauty Tech ecosystem
Year: 2026
Swiss Web Studio redesigned the Panema website to explain an offer combining management software, bookings, customer relationships and artificial intelligence. The work covered architecture, design, content and SEO, updating 12 pages and integrating Panema’s new 2026 materials.
The challenge: making a broad offer easy to understand
Panema serves hair salons, beauty centres and Beauty networks. Pagest is its core management platform, supported by booking, Customer App, CRM, WhatsApp Business, automated marketing, MicroCare, payments and AI solutions. The challenge was to give each area a clear place, explaining how the tools respond to a salon’s everyday needs and guiding visitors towards a relevant demo.
From the homepage to the solution pages
The new homepage introduces three practical needs: greater control over the business, stronger customer relationships and less organisational work. From this overview, visitors can explore individual solutions through a menu and a coordinated structure of links.
Dedicated pages distinguish management and scheduling, booking and apps, WhatsApp and CRM, marketing, the AI receptionist, checkout and payments, reporting and MicroCare. Demo requests and contact options are integrated into these reading paths, giving each topic a recognisable next step.
Coordinated design, content and materials
The website was built on WordPress with Elementor and the Hello theme. The work includes a new page composition, Manrope typography, reusable sections and a coordinated presentation of images, product screens and content. The homepage, solution pages, contact page and footer share the same visual language.
The Panema 2026 brochure complements the website content and lets visitors explore the offer further before requesting a demo. Text and materials were organised to explain features in the context of real salon work: appointments, customer records, communications, consultations and salon data analysis.
A dedicated space for Panema AI
Communicating the new AI features required a dedicated section. The website presents the Panema AI agent as support for reading management data and identifying practical actions: customers to follow up with, costs to analyse and opportunities to assess. The AI receptionist has its own dedicated path, linked to call and request management.
Swiss Web Studio’s contribution covers the website design and the presentation of these solutions. The management software, applications and AI features belong to Panema’s offer.
SEO and journey consistency
The redesign included a review of SEOPress metadata, the heading hierarchy, links between pages and sitemap exclusions. The goal is to make each page’s topic recognisable and ease access to relevant commercial content. The structure avoids concentrating all information on a single generic page.
The result of the project
The result is a renewed website that presents the Panema 2026 ecosystem through dedicated pages, updated materials and clear paths to the demo. The new structure highlights the breadth of the offer, while maintaining a distinction between products, use cases and commercial contact. Traffic and acquisition results will be assessed using data collected after launch.
